At Magnetic Attraction LLC, we take pride in crafting custom and premade magnets with care and efficiency. This Shipping Policy outlines our fulfillment timelines, responsibilities, and procedures for damaged or unwanted products.

Fulfillment Timelines

Domestic Orders (United States): We guarantee that your order will be shipped within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase.

International Orders: For orders outside the United States, we guarantee shipment within 28 calendar days from the date of purchase.​

Once your order has been shipped, delivery timelines are managed by third-party carriers and are outside of our control. We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs, or other shipping handlers.

Damaged Products
If your order arrives damaged, please email us at Contact@MagneticAttraction.net within 5 business days of delivery.
Include:

A clear photo of the damaged shipping box

A clear photo of the damaged product

We reserve the right to assess the validity of the claim. If we determine the damage is genuine, we will remake the product and ship it again at no cost to you.
If we believe the claim is dishonest or unverifiable, we reserve the right to decline a remake. However, we will offer a discount of our choosing for a future order as a gesture of goodwill.

Returns & Refunds

If your product is not damaged but you decide you no longer want it, we do not offer refunds.

You may return the product utilizing the return label in the package, but we do not guarantee a remake or refund unless the item was damaged in transit and verified as such.

If your product was damaged (validated by us) and you decide you do not want another one shipped to you to replace the damaged one, we will honor a refund of the purchasing price. This refund will be submitted within 5 business days of the day confirmation of damage was found and once submitted we are not responsible for how long your personal bank requires to process the refund.

All shipping guarantees refer to the dispatch date, not the delivery date.

We are not liable for lost packages once they are in the possession of the shipping carrier.

We do not accept liability for incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Please make sure the shipping address provided is accurate to ensure the package has the best opportunity for arriving.
