Welcome to Magnetic Attraction LLC. These Terms and Conditions (“T&C”) govern your access to and use of our website, products, and services. By visiting our site or placing an order, you agree to be legally bound by these terms.

To use this website or place an order, you must:

• Provide accurate and complete information

• Not use the site for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose

We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or restrict access at our sole discretion.

2.  Payment Methods

We accept secure payments via:

• Wix Payments

• Other third-party processors as listed at checkout

All transactions are subject to verification and approval. We do not store credit card information. If you choose to store your payment information on your profile, that is directly your discretion and Magnetic Attraction LLC is not responsible for any potential future illegal activity (ie: hackers). We will do our part to protect everything involving this website, but we are not responsible for covering anything that is potentially leaked.

3.  Product Availability & Changes

We reserve the right to:

• Modify or discontinue products at any time without notice

• Limit quantities or restrict sales to certain regions

• Adjust pricing, descriptions, or shipping terms as needed

All product images are for illustrative purposes only. Actual products may vary slightly due to customization.

4.  Warranties & Disclaimers

​

We warrant that our custom magnets will be made with care and shipped within the stated timeframes:

​

• Domestic (U.S.): Shipped within 14 days

• International: Shipped within 28 days

​

Once shipped, delivery timing is managed by third-party carriers and is outside our control. We do not guarantee delivery dates.

If a product arrives damaged, you must email us within 5 business days with clear photos of the damaged box and product. We reserve the right to assess the claim. If deemed valid, we will remake and reship the item at no cost. If we suspect dishonesty, we may refuse a remake but offer a discount for a future order. Please reference our Shipping Policy page for further information.

We do not offer refunds for products that are not damaged but are no longer wanted. You may return the product at your own expense, but no refund will be issued.

5.  Marketing & Content Use

​

If you grant us permission to photograph or record the creation of your order, you waive any claims related to the use of such content in our marketing, advertising, or promotional materials. This includes social media, website galleries, and printed materials. Your participation does not imply endorsement or liability. There will be a very clear option to opt in to granting us permission, if the option to opt in is not available, the permission was not granted so there will be no use of marketing with your product. Submitting a photo for magnet making material with your order is fully assumed you (the customer) have permission to share or ownership of the photo and we reserve no liability with the making of the personalized magnet.

6.  Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including images, logos, text, and product designs—is the intellectual property of Magnetic Attraction LLC or our partners and may not be used, copied, or reproduced without our written consent.

7.  Account Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our website or services for any user who violates these T&C or engages in fraudulent, abusive, or harmful behavior.

8.  Jurisdiction & Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Dakota, where Magnetic Attraction LLC is legally registered. However, because our operations and customer interactions primarily occur in Pennsylvania, particularly Beaver County, we also acknowledge and comply with applicable laws and regulations of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

Any disputes arising from the use of this website, our products, or services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in either North Dakota or Pennsylvania, at our discretion, depending on the nature and location of the dispute.
